You can register for Flanders Legacy Gravel until Saturday, October 18th at 11:59 PM, as long as the participation limit has not been reached.

To ensure safety on the course and optimize the gravel experience, there is a participation limit of 2000 participants. Once this limit is reached, registrations will close early. Therefore, it is worth signing up quickly to secure your spot. On-site registration is not possible. On-site registration is not possible.

Group Registrations

Do you want to take the challenge together with colleagues and friends? Then you can register as a group until Sunday, October 5. groups start from a minimum of 10 people!

Instructions group registration

Name changes are only possible at the help desk on-site and are required to ensure participants are insured. An administrative fee of €5 per change is charged on site.
For a group registration with group collection, you need a minimum of 10 members. If there are fewer than 10 participants, you can still register as a group, but all group members must collect their participant pack individually.
Group registrations are only possible via the official online registration setting. Excel sheets and other lists are not accepted.
How does the online registration work: first, you need to create a group in the registration form. Then, you will receive an email with the group name and group code. As long as you have this code and your chosen password (do not lose it!) you will always be able to manage the group. Subsequently, you can add and remove participants. Only the group leader can validate participants. You can add as many participants to your group as you wish.
Registrations can be collected as one pack (all in one) or individually. Please indicate this clearly on the registration form. When you have selected to collect everything in one go, only the group leader can do this. In the case of individual collection, all participants receive a separate confirmation email containing all the necessary information for collecting their number.
When your group is all set up, the group leader must pay for the entire group. The registration will only be confirmed when the group has been set up AND paid. As soon as your group is closed, there can be NO FURTHER CHANGES to your group. Any changes to your group can then only be made on site at the registration stand. An administrative fee of €5 per change is charged for this on site.
